What is Chimp Health?
Chimp Health is a personalised monthly subscription that puts you first. We offer 3 health plans:
- Essential– 2 products per month
- Active– 3 products per month
- Vitality– 6 products per month
Each vitamin pack contains 30 daily sachets of premium quality vitamins. You can choose your own health plan that suit your health, lifestyle, and fitness needs. Your selected health box is conveniently delivered directly to your door each month. Chimp Health makes being your healthiest self- easy!
How do I get started?
To get started follow the 3 simple steps below:
- Register online to kick start your health journey.
- Select a health plan based on your budget & the number of vitamin packs you want per month.
- Your health box will be delivered to your door every month!
You can change or cancel your subscription at any time.
What is the cost?
The cost will vary depending on which health plan you have selected. You have the option to pay for your vitamin health box weekly or monthly.
How do I pay?
Payment of your vitamin health plan shall be debited from the card provided by you at check out, depending on the payment option chosen, at the following recurring intervals:
Weekly, or
Monthly.
Your membership will continue until terminated. To use our service, you must provide us with a valid Visa or Master Credit or Debit card.
How do I cancel?
Cancellations are only made via email. Kindly send an email to our customer support team (info@chimphealth.com) requesting your membership cancellation, and an agent will contact you within 24 – 48 working hours after receipt.
Cancellations must be at least 72 hours before the next collection date.
Billing & subscription information
When you purchase a health box subscription, we will charge your credit or debit card for the first month’s (or week’s) order and dispatch your health box within 1- 5 working days. On the monthly anniversary of your initial order, we will charge your credit card and you will receive your health box within 1-3 working days.
If you’ve opted for weekly payments, you will make equal payments each week for a total of four weeks. Your health box will arrive every month after your initial weekly payment.
If your recuring collection date falls on a weekend or bank holiday, we will charge your credit card on the closest working day that precedes the monthly anniversary date.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive an email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Can I change my next order date?
Yes, you can change your next order date by emailing our customer support team and they will kindly assist you – info@chimphealth.com
When will I receive my packs each month?
Your order is processed every 30 days starting from the date of the first order. Sometimes courier times may vary.
How do I add products to my subscription?
You can change your health box order by contacting our customer support team. They will be able to add vitamins or reduce your health box size.
Is it safe to take all of your supplements together? Are there interactions?
All of our products are considered safe to be taken together. Any potential interactions or timings of ingestion that may affect absorption are very minor so we do not think they need to be taken separately or at different times of the day. We recommend all vitamins are taken with water and food. We advise speaking with your doctor about interactions if you are taking any prescription medications, or if you have a medically diagnosed deficiency. For example, if you have low iron stores then you may need a stronger dose than is provided in our iron tablet.
When should I take my vitamins?
We recommend taking all of your vitamins with a glass of water and food, ideally with breakfast as this is a great way to start the day. If you forget to take them at breakfast or this meal isn’t convenient then taking them with any other meal is fine. All our products contain quality ingredients to ensure optimal absorption.
Return policy
If, after you receive your first health box, for any reason you are not happy, we will fully refund your purchase upon return of the order, subject to the contents of the vitamin box not being tampered with.
Any fee to cover the shipping involved in returning the item will not be reimbursed. Our returns policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your health box was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
Any subsequent subscription order cannot be returned. We make orders specifically for each customer and the products cannot be re-used.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused – i.e. we will not refund your vitamins if you have already taken them, or if the contents of the vitamin box have been tampered with.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
